At Neptune, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home sanctuary. If your new furniture or decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Neptune account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
